Implementation Services

Hardware installation and commissioning
We provide hardware installation services for the products that will be used for the Force system. These include installation of data collection terminals & power meters, cable installation for signals and communication, device settings, communication setup between devices and server.

Software Installation
This includes the installation of DataMasterII server program and web server, database installation & setup and factory settings. Add-on software installations such as power meter communication and andon panel software are also given under this service.

System Integration
Hardware, software and the communication have to be configured properly to have a reliable system. Additional software may also be required for integration to 3rd party systems on the plant.

Training
Key users like operators, production managers and related IT personnel must be trained for efficient use and operation of the system. We provide on-site trainings following the implementation of the system.

Maintenance and Support Services

Software and system upgrades are provided under maintenance and support services as well as technical support requests. Various types of support can be provided including phone support, remote access and on-site. 2-year warranty is given for the hardware that is delivered with the system.
