DataMasterII – Standard Modules

Production Module
In this module the following production parameters are collected, monitored and can be reported:

- Product / Order / Work order information
- Operator and shift
- Target vs. actual production quantity and performance
- Waste quantities
- Production stage

Downtime Module
Downtimes and machine states automatically detected by SP420 panels are displayed on the "Production Floor" screen on-line. Downtime durations and reasons can be reported. Planned downtimes can also be defined in order to get a real OEE value.

OEE Module
Production quantities, wastes, downtimes and production speed which are collected from the production floor together with user-defined values are used to calculate OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness).

DataMasterII – Add-on Modules

Job Scheduling Module
This module is used to plan and monitor the orders and related work orders by assigning them to production machines/stations. Progress of the production and realization of orders/work orders can be monitored online. Any possible delays or downtimes that may affect the completion time of orders are detected online and planning is re-scheduled accordingly. Plans that are made in Excel or ERP programs can also be imported into this module automatically.

Andon Panel Module
LCD andon panels on the factory floor are configured and displayed by using the Andon Panel Module. LED based andon panels can be developed on request.

ERP Integration Module
In many cases, Force may need to exchange data with an ERP system in both ways and this is done by the Force ERP Integration Module. For instance, work orders are sent from the ERP system down to the operator terminals on the factory floor whereas production related real-time data are feeded into the ERP system.

DataMasterII – General Features

Web-based
DataMasterII is a web based application and no installation on user computers is required. Each user can access to production data & reports by using a web browser, independent of the operating system installed on the computer.

User Access and Security
Users can access the system with a provided username & password that allows them to perform the defined tasks for that level.

Plant Tree Structure
A manufacturing facility may consist of several plants and each plant usually consists of sections, groups, lines and groups of machines. This structure can be defined in DataMasterII as a tree in the beginning of each project. By using this structure, users can select from a single machine to an entire plant in a flexible way for online monitoring and reporting.

Online Monitoring
Machine states, production parameters and key data are displayed online by DataMasterII. Charts, graphs and calculated values are also updated accordingly.

Data Editing
Advanced users can access to database through an easy to use interface for possible editings.

Reporting
Reporting is a key element of a plant information system. DataMasterII has an extensive reporting for production quantities, orders, downtimes, operators and efficiency. Visualization of reports are provided by graphs & charts. All reports can be exported to Excel and pdf.

E-mail and SMS Alarms
Alarms and events can be sent as e-mails or SMS to the authorized personnel instantly. This ensures fast access and intervention in cases of failures or production shutdowns.
